Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Information & Ownership

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.lavanderiapatuka.it, as well as the basic operating rules for using the self-service laundry facilities of Lavanderia Patuka, located at Via Castellana, 130, 31044 Montebelluna (TV), Italy (Phone: +39 348 808 5887).

By browsing this website or using the machines on the premises, the user agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Service Operation & Gettoni (Token) System

All machines at Lavanderia Patuka operate exclusively with store tokens called "gettoni", which can be purchased at the central dispenser using cash or card.

Gettoni are intended solely for operating the washing machines and dryers on the premises and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash once dispensed.

• Reference rate: €2 = 1 gettone.
• Small Washer (10 kg max capacity): operates with 3 gettoni (approximate wash time: 30–40 minutes).
• Large Washer (18 kg max capacity): operates with 4 gettoni (approximate wash time: 30–40 minutes).
• Dedicated Pet Washer (18 kg max capacity): operates with 4 gettoni (approximate wash time: 30–40 minutes).
• Dryer (Asciugatrice): operates with 1 gettone per 10 minutes of drying time (additional gettoni may be added as needed).

3. Hygiene & Usage Rules (Pet Washer)

To maintain the highest hygiene standards and keep our equipment in optimal condition, customers must strictly follow these rules:

• It is strictly prohibited to wash or dry pet beds, blankets, cushions, or pet accessories in the washing machines or dryers designated for human laundry.
• All pet items must be washed exclusively in the dedicated Pet Washer (18 kg · 4 gettoni), following the 6 steps posted on the machine: (1) Insert 4 gettoni, (2) Load the items with the door open, (3) Add the detergent, (4) Choose the program with "P" with the door open, (5) Close the door, and (6) Press START.
• Customers must thoroughly empty all pockets before loading laundry (removing coins, keys, lighters, pins, or sharp objects) and check garment care labels to confirm suitability for water washing and tumble drying.
• Do not overload the machines beyond their rated capacity (10 kg or 18 kg).
• Please collect your laundry promptly once the wash or drying cycle finishes so other customers can use the machines.

4. Limitation of Liability

Because the facility operates on a self-service basis, customers are solely responsible for sorting their garments, checking care labels, and selecting the appropriate wash cycle or drying temperature.

Lavanderia Patuka shall not be held liable for:

• Shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage to garments that are unsuitable for machine washing or tumble drying, or resulting from an incorrect cycle selection.
• Damage caused by foreign objects left inside pockets or in the drum by the user.
• Loss, misplacement, or theft of garments or personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, Lavanderia Patuka logos, photographs, custom illustrations, icons, and source code) is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the services provided in Montebelluna shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Treviso, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
